When will my order ship?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. You will be notified with a tracking number when the order ships. Thank you for your patience!
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes we do! Join over 100 boutiques across the world and offer our products in your store! All wholesale orders are placed through our Faire Direct link : https://paintpigmentstudios.faire.com
Do you accept returns?
Items can be returned no later than 30 days after purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. For a refund to be issued, the item needs to be in its original condition. To start a return, or If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at paintandpigmentstudios@gmail.com.
I accidentally provided a wrong or incomplete address, what next?
If the customer accidentally provides a wrong or incomplete address, Paint & Pigment Studios, LLC is not responsible for replacing it. Please reach out to us immediately if your address is incorrect. If we see your email before your order is shipped we will try to fix it, otherwise you will need to reorder. Please double check your address before submitting your order.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the US and CA. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time. Check back later!
Do you offer any special event classes for adults?
Yes! We teach at paint nights, parties, showers, you name it. If you have a special event that you would like us to be a part of, contact us for details.
Do you offer classes for other art mediums or have classes online?
Acrylic and Gouache painting lessons and online lessons are coming soon.
